Kathmandu, Sep 15 (IANS) The spectacle of disaster loomed large over Nepal as the Maoist guerrillas’ last-ditch talks with Prime Minister Girija Prasad Koirala failed Saturday, 48 hours ahead of the rebels’ threat to quit the government and start a new revolt, which is certain to affect the upcoming election.
