Don’t blame Nepal but Bihar govt for flood: Lalu (Outlook India) |
Railway Minister Lalu Prasad today said Nepal should not be blamed for the flood situation in Bihar following the deluge in Kosi river emanating from the Himalayan country and accused the state government of negligence and lack of preparedness to face the problem.
