Breach in Kosi embankment may spark row between India, Nepal (Outlook India) |
Indian engineers have started repair works to plug the breach in the embankment along the Saptakosi river in Nepal’s Sunsari district, officials said today, as the disaster after the river shifted course threatens to spark a row between Kathmandu and New Delhi.
